DESCRIPTION
Continuous monitoring of Helium purity by simultaneously measuring ppmV of N2, O2, H2O, and CnHn using the Optical Emission Spectroscopy technique. The generator, with its high intensity and high frequency, and by its installation around the emission chamber, provides a unique performance and stability to the Helium, Argon, or Nitrogen plasma.
The electroluminescence generated, specific to each gas, is converted, thanks to a photodiode, into a current directly proportional to the concentration of the gases.
