DESCRIPTION
Continuous monitoring of Argon purity by measuring ppmV of N2 using the Optical Emission Spectroscopy technique. The generator, with its high intensity and high frequency, and by its installation around the emission chamber, provides a unique performance and stability to the Helium, Argon, or Nitrogen plasma.
